What payment methods are available?

We accept only bank transfer at the moment. We plan to expand payment methods in the future

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Thailand, in and outside of Bangkok

I live abroad, would it still be possible to order something?

For shipping to other countries, please contact us via sportsclub@rbsc.org and we will check the shipping fee and conditions.

What shipping options are available?

For local shipping, the Club will ship orders via Thailand Post and Kerry Express. Customers can select from EMS. Shipping fees will vary according to the weight, size, and courier service.

Can I order items online and collect them at the store?

For this option, please contact us directly before you make an order

How long will the delivery take?

Orders should arrive within 2-7 days depending on your delivery option. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched

Bangkok and Metropolitan Areas

- Thailand Post (EMS) within 3 days

- Kerry Express within 2 days

Other Provinces

- Thailand Post (EMS) within 4-7 days

- Kerry Express within 3 days

Payment Method

Payment of goods are only accepted through money transfer to the Club's account. Please transfer the amount specified on your invoice and upload the transfer slip to confirm your purchase.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Please contact the Club within 30 days of your purchase confirmation, returned items must be returned in original packaging, with tags (if any) and have no visible signs of wear or use
